Hailing from Newbridge on Wye, Amelia Forkings is a naturally talented goalkeeper who re-signed for Cardiff City FC Women in July 2023, having previously had a spell at Cardiff Metropolitan University.

In her first season back at the Club, Amelia contributed to the side completing a domestic treble, winning the Adran Premier, Adran Trophy and Bute Energy Welsh Cup.
