Cardiff City FC's Head of Medical Services is James Rowland.

Head of Physical Performance, Jonny Northeast, arrived at the Club in December 2022.

The medical team at Cardiff City FC includes long-serving Medical Director, Professor Len Nokes; First Team Doctor, Dr. Matt Giles; Strength & Conditioning Coach, Dr. Mike Beere; Senior Physiotherapist Chris Lewis and First Team Physiotherapist, Liam Donovan.

The Club's Sports Scientist is Hayden Lau and Kyle Fairgrieve is the Sports Therapist.
