Amy Long joined the Bluebirds in January 2025 from Barry Town United.

Amy brings a wealth of experience of the Adran Premier and UEFA Women’s Champions League, having previously had a successful spell at Cardiff Metropolitan University. 

The 27-year-old also represented Gwalia United, before returning to the Welsh top-flight with Barry Town United at the start of the 2024/25 season.
