Cardiff City welcomed midfielder Manolis Siopis to the Club on Friday, 18th August, signing a three-year contract with the Bluebirds.

Hailing from Tychero, Manolis has represented the likes of Olympiacos, Platanias, Panionios and Aris in his native Greece.

In 2019, the midfielder made the switch to Turkey with Alanyaspor, who were managed by City boss Erol Bulut. Manolis most recently played for Trabzonspor, winning the Süper Lig and the Turkish Super Cup in 2022.

The defensive-minded midfielder also boasts experience at international level, having won 30 caps for Greece, earning his first cap against Turkey in May 2019.
