Born and raised in the Rhondda, Cian joined the academy aged six.

The forward has represented Wales at U17 level, as well as Cardiff City's U18 and U21 sides, signing a professional contract with the Club on his 17th birthday before putting pen-to-paper once again with the Club in January 2024.

Cian made his senior debut against Birmingham City in April 2024, before marking his full debut with a stoppage-time winner against Southampton at Cardiff City Stadium.
