Right-back Perry put pen-to-paper on a new three-year deal with the Bluebirds in the summer of 2023.
Having joined the Crewe Alexandra Academy in 2004, Perry spent ten years rising through the club’s youth ranks before signing his first professional contract in 2014. Ng made his debut for the Railwaymen the following year, and soon became an established first-team player at Gresty Road.
Named as Alexandra’s captain in 2019, Ng was included in the PFA League Two Team of the Year for 2019/20 following a number of impressive performances. The defender netted two goals and recorded five assists during the campaign, helping Crewe earn automatic promotion to League One.
The 27-year-old, who has recorded over 200 senior appearances, was City’s second recruit of 2021, and has since become a key part of the Bluebirds' squad. Perry has scooped consecutive Player of the Year Awards at CCS, winning the honour in both 2022/23 and 2023/24.
