Cardiff City Women continued their unbeaten start to the Adran Premier campaign with an impressive 5-1 victory over Pontypridd United at the USW Sports Park.
"Everybody had a good few days to rest, also mentally and to be fresh. We could see in the training sessions that they had a good rest and they came back well."
