As Cardiff City Women prepare to kick-off their UEFA Womens Champions League campaign, we are delighted to confirm that Vanaways will be sponsoring the back of the Bluebirds’ playing shirts this season.
Vanaways have been proud supporters of Cardiff City Women for several years and have pledged their support to Iain Darbyshire’s side once again this season, with their logo proudly appearing on the back of City’s playing shirts.
Bluebirds defenders Hannah Power and Ffion Price modelled their new 2023/24 strip, featuring the Vanaways logo, ahead of their UEFA Womens Champions League opener against FC Gintra.
Vanaways’ goal is to revolutionise the online vehicle procurement journey across the UK. They aim to be a modern and agile driving force within the commercial vehicle market with an emphasis on efficiency and convenience.
To achieve this, they dedicate time and loyalty to their employees who help them deliver in-depth advice and an unbeatable first-class service; putting their customers in the driving seat.
Paul Cox, Sales Director at Vanaways, said: “Vanaways are hugely proud to announce our partnership with Cardiff City Football Club’s Womens and Girls Programme for the coming season.
“We have already seen huge benefits in this strategic partnership and have already forged strong working relationships with some of the other Commercial Sponsors including Dragon Signs UK, Route Media, LCB Group, PMD Business Finance, CMB Engineering, Nathaniel Cars, Fleet Packs and many more. Commercially, this decision was a no-brainer.
“Vanaways is a business with strong equality and diversity values and supporting the growth of Womens and Girls football is one of the easiest decisions we will make this year.”
James Bibby, Head of Commercial at Cardiff City FC, added: “We are delighted to have Vanaways as our Back of Shirt Sponsor for Cardiff City Women this season.
“Vanaways have been enthusiastic supporters of our Women’s team for several seasons, using their platforms to proudly promote Womens and Girls football and cheer on the Bluebirds across our senior and junior teams.
“I’m thrilled to be working with Vanaways again for the upcoming season, and look forward to seeing their logo on our playing shirts as we compete in the Women’s Champions League and on the domestic front this term.”
