City's U18s are in PDL action on Saturday morning, taking on Peterborough United.
The fixture will take place at Mick George Training Academy on April 12th, with a kick-off time of 11am.

PRE-MATCH | TOM HUTTON
Ahead of the fixture, U18 manager Tom Hutton said: “The game against Wigan on the weekend was a game of two halves. We had a lot of positives in the way we prepared for the game, and those things came out in the first half which really pleased us. We were deservedly ahead at the break, and we prepped the boys at half time to expect a reaction, which they delivered on, but that was mainly them being more aggressive in their press and being a bit more combative in duels, and we came off second best. This is a young group and some of them are getting used to the demands of U18 football, but I also expect better from some of the boys in the way we manage those moments.
“This is an intense period of the season now, and three games in ten days is a test for us, and that starts with Peterborough on Saturday. We have to carefully manage this younger squad, and we’re not having the numbers in training we usually have to work on prep, because the U16s are in school. It’s an important time of the year for them with their GCSEs, so we’re very mindful of that. We’ve reviewed the game from last weekend, took the learnings from it, and hopefully, the boys can put that into practice this weekend.”
