Ahead of Saturday's return to Sky Bet Championship action, David Turnbull spoke to the press at CCS.
David began by discussing his return from injury before of the international break, having played last time out for the Bluebirds in their 2-1 away victory at Ewood Park.
“I’m feeling really good; strong and fit," said Turnbull. "I feel like I’ve gotten myself back in shape while I was out, I knew I had to be on that at all times.
"Now I’ve come back in the Blackburn Rovers game feeling good, so that’s gone well.
“It was tough getting injured when I did, as I was asserting myself in the team and playing a lot, with a team putting in good performances. Now I’m ready to go back at it again."

Looking ahead to this weekend, the midfielder shared his thoughts on a return to league action against the Owls and the run-in towards the end of the season.
“I feel like I have a lot to give," David continued. "And want to get involved and help the boys as much as I can to get the points that are needed.
"We know how hard it’s going to be and how difficult it is, but I feel there’s games here that we can win. We’ve not showed enough over this season, but I think we’ve got enough to go out and if we play the way we know we can, get the results.
“Sheffield Wednesday were very organised when we played them earlier this season. We’ve watched the clips, it’ll be a tough game but it’s one we’re looking forward to, where we’ll impose our own gameplan."
He concluded: “I think that I’ve got a lot before the end of the season, and I still want to get to the next level and contribute however I can. There is plenty to play for, and I’m certain that everybody is looking to making an impact.”
