Cardiff City FC Ticket Office and SuperStore remain closed to the public until further notice.

The Ticket Office phoneline (033 33 11 1920) will be closed from 5pm on Friday, March 20th. Ticket enquiries can be sent via email to tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk
Orders can still be placed online with our SuperStore (www.cardiffcityfcstore.com) - but they will not be dispatched at this current time due to the warehouse closing for the safety of staff and their families.
As announced on Thursday 19th March, the professional game will be further postponed until no earlier than 30th April.
At this stage, all match tickets for our fixtures until that date will be valid for the re-arranged dates, which will be confirmed in due course.
Supporters who have purchased a match ticket and are unable to attend the rearranged date will be eligible for a refund. Please note any refunds must be claimed no later than seven days after the announcement of the new date. Match ticket refunds will begin to be processed once the rearranged dates have been confirmed.
