Sky Sports post-Blackburn Interview | Allsop & Harris

Following City's return to winning ways against the Rovers on Tuesday evening, Ryan Allsop and Mark Harris spoke to Sky Sports.

Discussing the result, goalscorer Sparky praised his teammate, who made a crucial late penalty save to help seal the result.

"It was a great save by Rocky, and it got us the three points in the end," Mark began. "We know that we haven't scored enough goals so far this season, but we showed tonight that as long as you can keep a clean sheet then the goals should come.

"There's hopefully a lot more to come."

Ryan reflected on the strong team performance by the Bluebirds, who have now earned four points from their last two outings.

"I think that we showed from the start how we set up and how we wanted to play," said Allsop. "I felt like we dominated the game the whole way through.

"We've had some tough matches this year, where some results have gone against us, and we thought we could've gone a different way on the night. Hopefully this marks a change of luck.

"It's a massive win for us. To follow up the point that we got on Saturday, we needed to come and get a win tonight. 

"Hopefully it will give us some more momentum going into the weekend."
