Pre-Swansea City | Seren Watkins
The Bluebirds are back in Adran Premier action on Sunday, travelling to Swansea City's Llandarcy Academy of Sport.
Ahead of the clash, we caught up with midfielder Seren Watkins, who played a huge part in securing the title with a 4-0 win over the Swans last time out.
"Everyone is feeling extremely happy after Wednesday," Seren began. "It’s something we’ve all worked very hard to achieve so it’s a great feeling.
"I’m very proud of our achievements so far, we’ve still got two trophies to focus on and we believe that we are more than capable of getting our hands on them."
Swansea City are second in the table, having amassed 38 points from their 17 matches, leading Wrexham in third by six points.
Seren continued: "We're expecting a reaction from them. We know how difficult it can be playing against them away from home.
"However, we have a very strong squad with a lot of depth, so we are more than ready for the game and expect it to be tough.
"Getting the three points earlier on in the season was massively important. We knew it would come down to one moment and we kept going till the end."
After clinching top spot, the Bluebirds now have four important fixtures left to play.
With Swansea City the opponents on Sunday, the final league game of the season is against Wrexham before the Adran Trophy and Bute Energy Welsh Cup Finals.
"It’s crucial that we stay switched on and don’t let our standards drop," Seren added. "We want to have a strong end to the season and we are going to do everything to win all three trophies."
