Ahead of the fixture, head coach Iain Darbyshire said: “We're looking forward to welcoming Cascade to Cardiff International Sports Campus on the weekend. They’re doing really well in Tier 2, and I think they’ll be challenging this year.
"We are expecting a physical and tough game, and it’s another opportunity for us to develop some of the things we have been working on in training recently, but we are taking this very seriously and aiming to continue our defence of the trophy."
PRE-MATCH | HOLLY JONES
Defender Holly Jones, who has gained experience at Senior level this season, added: "I have high expectations for the game against Cascade on Sunday. As a team, we have shown resilience and determination towards in the past two cup games.
"Transitioning from the U19s to the Senior Team has shown me a different side to a lot of things. It has given me a lot more confidence in training and games and I believe that it has helped me to develop and grow into the team. I’ve also noticed that I have learned things quickly from being with the Senior Team and I think that if I keep on training with them, it will help me progress even further."
