City Women are in Adran Premier action on Sunday afternoon, travelling to Briton Ferry Llansawel. 

The fixture will take place at the Old Road Welfare Ground on December 29th, with a kick-off time of 2pm.

The Bluebirds head into the fixture currently sitting second in the Adran Premier table, one point behind leaders The New Saints having played a game fewer.

City's last league fixture was an impressive 4-1 victory over Wrexham, in which Laura Curnock, Ffion Price, Mikayla Cook and Lily Billingham all got on the scoresheet.

Sunday's opponents are fourth in the table and claimed a 2-0 win over Swansea City last time out.

In our last clash with Ferry, the contest ended in a 2-2 draw, with Eliza Collie netting two goals late on.

REACHING THE GROUND

Supporters planning on attending Sunday's fixture should use the following address: 

Old Rd, Briton Ferry, Neath SA11 2BU

From the east, exit the M4 at Junction 41 and follow the A48 thru Baglan, at the roundabout at the end of the old Briton Ferry bridge, take the 3rd exit on to the A474 towards Neath.

From the west, exit the M4 at Junction 42 and cross the old Briton Ferry bridge, at the end take the left-hand filter following the Briton Ferry Llansawel A474 sign towards Neath.

Now from east & west, follow the Neath Rd (A474) to the first set of traffic lights (just after The Crown Inn) and enter the filter lane to turn right (a chapel will be on your right).

On Ynysymaerdy Road, after 50 yards, the road goes a sharp left and becomes Old Road, it then bends to the right (at the Scout hut) with the entrance to the Old Road ground being the 2nd turning on the right, opposite Cwrt Sart Comprehensive School.

From the north either follow the A465 "heads of the valleys" road to the M4 and then follow the directions from the west or...

Take the Neath exit off the A465 "heads of the valley".

At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit on to the A474 towards Port Talbot, at the next roundabout take the 3rd exit (after the red church) towards Briton Ferry staying on the A474.

Follow the road (for approx. 1.3 miles) until you come to Cwrt Sart Comprehensive School & Bethesda chapel (both on your left), take the next left turning (after the zebra crossing) on to Heol Tyla Road, the grounds entrance will be opposite you at the end of this road.
