My Bluebirds Rewards | Loyalty Reward Scheme Returns!
We are delighted to welcome back the popular loyalty and rewards programme, My Bluebirds Rewards!
The My Bluebirds Rewards Portal returns at 4pm on Thursday, 17th November, and will be open to all 2022/23 Season Ticket Holders and Club Members!

We have awarded fans 15 bonus points as a thank you. Fans who renewed their Season Tickets during the Early Bird phase (before 5pm on June 1st, 2022) will be awarded a bonus of 150 points. Points accrued from home match attendance throughout the 2022/23 season will also be backdated and applied.
The programme, in partnership with Fortress GB, will enable our fans to earn meaningful rewards through their incredible loyalty and engagement with the Club. The ability for fans to link their own credit to earn points with affiliate retailers will be launching soon.
Every fan who completes the Bluebirds Pro Challenge on the portal by midday on Friday, 18th November, will be entered into a prize draw where ten winners will each win the chance to go behind the scenes and visit the tunnel & pitchside areas at CCS, gain exclusive My Bluebirds Rewards merchandise including retro shirt badges, scarfs and more. Some prize bundles will include a mystery signed shirt!
To be in with a chance of winning, simply answer a trivia question, predictor, poll and enter a prize draw. You can check your progress by looking at the Bluebirds Pro Challenge on the homepage of the portal.
Similarly to last season, fans will earn loyalty points based on specific interactions with the club, which they can then redeem for exclusive rewards or money can’t buy Bluebirds experiences on the My Bluebirds Rewards portal! Refer to the ‘Earn Points’ page on the portal for a full list of rewardable activities.
Prize Draw
To celebrate this year’s relaunch of the programme, we have put a signed copy of FIFA 23 up for grabs as a prize draw within the portal.
To enter, simply log in to your rewards portal and head to the prize draws section. Entries cost 80 rewards points, and you can enter as many times as you like providing you have the points to do so.
The prize draw finishes at midnight on Thursday 8th December. The winner will be contacted December 9th via rewards@cardiffcityfc.co.uk
You can redeem 80 points per entry for our prize draws and enter as many times as you like, provided you have the loyalty points to enter.
Auction
Simply make a bid using the points you have available on your account, you can bid as many times as you like providing you have sufficient points. Please note the points are only deducted from the auction winner once the auction has finished.
Marketplace
Refer to the description on each reward which will tell you if the reward is to be collected from the stadium or posted to you.
If your Club App is showing ‘Manage Pre-Paid Card’ under the ‘More’ tab, you must update the App to the latest version.
