Moz supports Mental Health Awareness Week

The City skipper called up John, a veteran on Cardiff City Foundation’s Sporting Memories project.
The project connects veterans around the Welsh capital to reduce social isolation and improve wellbeing.

Wales has one of the largest proportions of veterans in the UK, with 7% of all veterans currently living here.
Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan has a veterans population of around 27,320, with 8% suffering from mental health issues including depression and anxiety.
