City were held to a goalless draw at Cardiff City Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
The result confirmed that the Bluebirds will compete in League One for the 2025/26 season.
Interim manager Aaron Ramsey made one change to the side that drew on Easter Monday at Cardiff City Stadium, David Turnbull replaced Sivert Mannsverk and Joe Ralls returned to the bench following a spell on the sideline through injury.

It was the Bluebirds who had the first notable chance of the match, Calum Chambers rose the highest from Turnbull’s corner, but his effort was cleared off the line superbly by a Baggies defender.
The visitors were denied twice in quick succession: Ethan Horvath pulled off a brilliant save at full stretch to deny Issac Price and not long afterwards the woodwork came to the Bluebirds' aid to deny Price again.
Turnbull then tried his luck from the edge of the area but Josh Griffiths was able to collect it.
Just before the interval City thought they had taken the lead when Chambers directed his header into the back of the net, but the linesman’s flag went up to deny the hosts their opener.
In the 60th minute the Bluebirds looked to open the scoring with a flurry of chances, but shots from Alex Robertson, Yousef Salech and Chambers were all kept out through last ditch defending.

City continued to push forwards, but the visitors persisted in denying City’s efforts; Cian Ashford, Salech and Jesper Daland all had efforts blocked by Baggies defenders.
Adam Armstrong broke forwards late on in the game, but Will Fish made a brilliant recovery run to slow the attack and Horvath pulled off yet another excellent save to keep the visitors out.
Despite a late chance from Ralls - whose long range effort veered marginally wide of the post - the Bluebirds were unable to find the back of the net as the game ended goalless.
