Jake Davies relishing "great experience" with Wales U17
City U18s attacker Jake Davies has earned further international experience this month, representing Wales' U17s at the European Championships in Cyprus.
After facing Denmark and Austria, the side's last game is against Croatia this afternoon.
"It's been a great experience for us all so far," Jake began. "Obviously, we're disappointed with the results in the first two games, but we're looking to bounce back in the final game against Croatia.
"I can take a lot from this camp. It's great for all of us and it will help us when we go back to our clubs."
Also in the squad are City teammates Jac Thomas and Ronan Kpakio, who started both of the opening two matches.
Jake continued: "There have been a lot of positives to take from both performances. I think Jac and Ronan have both played very well in both games, but Denmark and Austria are quality sides.
"We've learned a lot of new things from those games and we'll be looking to take that into the Croatia game now."
Wales' third group game is against Croatia, who have drawn both of their opening two matches.
Denmark and Austria sit on four points, while Croatia have amassed two points.
"They're going to be another good side so we're going to have to compete with them," Jake added. "Hopefully, we can get a result, because we want to get a win in this group.
"We want to finish the camp on a high and it would be great for us as a squad to get a win in this competition."
