Ethan Horvath was a penalty saving hero for the Bluebirds, as they overcame Stoke City on spot kicks in the Fourth Round of the Emirates FA Cup on Saturday, February 8th.
The City shot stopper denied Michael Rose from 12 yards with Joe Ralls, Calum Chambers, Chris Willock and Rubin Colwill hitting the net to send City through to R5.
"We made hard work of it tonight, but fair play to the team. We didn’t give up," Ethan began. "I think it shows how far we’ve come from the beginning of the season.
"All you can do is do your best. Before we watch clips and do our homework. You just try to make the best of it. Before every game we make sure we know all about their penalty takers incase the situation occurs."

The Bluebirds fans showed their support for Ethan, with regular 'USA' chants throughout the game, and none-more-so than after the penalty shootout.
He continued: "Of course. I want, personally, to do my best for the team whenever I get a chance to play.
"When they chant that, it’s a nice feeling to know they’re behind me as well. When I get the opportunity I give my all for them. We all know how historic the FA Cup is. After winning today, we want to go as far as possible.
"The squad is going good. Hopefully, like Sheffield United last time, this helps us go on a bit of a run and helps galvanise us. We want to keep the momentum going forward. We need to get back, get rested and get ready now for Tuesday.
"Every player is behind each other. Whether you’re playing or not playing. You need to support each other. We’re doing our best and working hard in training."
