Ysgol Bro Edern crowned Girls Cup Champions…
Congratulations go out to Ysgol Bro Edern who lifted the EFL Trust & Utlilita Football Girls Cup in partnership with New Directions Education last week.
In our biggest Girls Cup yet, 26 teams from 17 schools across South Wales took part, with Edern defeating Ysgol Garth Olwg 1-0 in extra-time.
A big thank you to members of the Cardiff City FC Women’s team who also paid a visit to Cardiff International Sports Campus to show their support.
Premier League Kicks continues…
Last week, the Premier League also announced that their flagship programme Premier League Kicks, will be running for another three years.
The Bluebirds Charity have been running Kicks for six years already, working with young people across South Wales to help break down barriers through the power of football and the appeal of Cardiff City FC.
