A disappointed Erol Bulut spoke to the media after our fixture at Home Park.
"The first disappointment is that after 1-0, when you lead, if you don't do enough work, the game is not finished. The game is 90 minutes - we have to work hard, and we didn't do it well.
"Today we had the game in our hand, and we started well. There was a lot of time to finish the game, but we stopped playing and the opponent started playing.
"The opponent created chances and we made too many individual mistakes in the defensive shape, so that's why we conceded those goals.
"I had only 15 or 16 players available from the First Team, but there are 11 players on the field, so we have to try to do everything we can."
The Bluebirds now have a two-week gap until our next fixture, an away trip to Watford on February 3rd.
Erol continued: "Of course I can understand the frustrations of the fans. We have to fight until the end, and we will have hard weeks and hard months in front of us.
"Our squad is limited, but we have players on the field who should do today much more. We had these chances, but we could not score.
"We have now two weeks until the next game. I think from now, everything can change. Some things have to change."
