Erol Bulut spoke to the press after our defeat against Middlesbrough.
“We didn’t take our chances to score,” Erol began. “In the first half, neither side created many chances, but in the second half, in the first ten to fifteen minutes, we had three or four positions to score.
“Then we concede a goal from a set piece. When you get your chances to score, you have to take them. We can speak about statistics, but for me, we need to use our chances well to score goals.
"Ollie Tanner did well when he came in, and Rubin [Colwill] tried a lot. But we cannot have it from only two or three players - everybody has to be involved.
“Now, in the international break, we have to analyse these four games and speak about details.
"There will be changes, for sure, after the international break. Everybody has to accept it. We will look at the statistics, analyse it, and there will be changes."
Erol continued: "I think, at the start of the season, we haven't had luck. When you see the last four games, we have played better than the opponent, but when you don't score you cannot win games.
"We have to analyse those positions - concentration, the last touch. The players have shown in pre-season, in many games, that they can score a lot of goals. We need consistency in performances.
"If you continue to show it, then you will get it from the first minute. We need to see a performance from the first minute to the 90th minute."
Just before the break, centre-back Jesper Daland was forced off through injury and was replaced by Dimitrios Goutas.
Giving an update on the defender, Erol continued: “I don’t think it’s a big injury, but he twisted his ankle because a player stepped on it, and that was the reason we had to substitute him. This is football and injuries happen."
As City searched for an equaliser in the second half, striker Callum Robinson was brought on, having picked up an injury in the build-up to the game.
“Callum only trained with us once this week," Erol added. "He had an injury on his achilles.
"When someone only trains with you once all week, it’s a risk putting him into the starting eleven, because he could get injured and out for a longer period.
"We have to think about everything. Alex Robertson has been out with a long injury. He also played 45 minutes against Southampton. We don't want any more injuries; we already have enough."
