Erol post-Coventry City | The team showed a great reaction
Erol Bulut spoke to the press following the Bluebirds' 2-1 comeback victory away at Coventry City.
"It was a great reaction from the team." Erol began. "Against Sunderland we were planning to get three points, so today was a game where we had to show reaction.
"This is what I expect from my team, and they showed a great reaction after the Sunderland game.
"Against Coventry, away, it's not easy to come back and change the game, so the guys did a great job today to change the game. Also, great defensive work got us the three points today."
The Bluebirds won the game thanks to two own goals from Coventry City's Liam Kitching, with Josh Bowler heavily involved in both goals, with a huge defensive effort at the other end.
"To me, it was at first Yak, then Josh, then I hear it was an own goal. Ok, it was a little bit unlucky for the opposition, but sometimes we have to be lucky too. Today the luck was on our side.
"The centre backs are doing a really good job next to each other. Nat only came in January but he has settled in really well and has been one of the leaders in the defence. They did really good today.
"We will not give up, we will fight until the end. Six games to play, anything can happen. My guys will give everything the remaining six games."
