Eliza Collie has been named Cardiff City Women’s Player of the Month for January.
The City striker earned 62% of the votes in the fans’ poll.
Eliza netted in all four fixtures in January, including a brace at Cardiff City Stadium against Wrexham.
The attacker built on an impressive month in December, earning back-to-back Player of the Month awards.
Defenders Siobhan Walsh and Hollie Smith were also nominated, following their consistent performances.
Commenting on the accolade, Eliza said: "I'm extremely pleased to be named Player of the Month again. Credit to Hollie, Siobhan and the rest of the girls, it was a great month for us all as a team.
"A massive thank you to everyone who voted, I really appreciate it. It's a great feeling knowing that the fans are behind us all. The girls are a massive part of why I'm performing, they give me confidence on and off the pitch.
"I can't wait to get back onto the pitch. Being injured is tough, but I'm hoping to come back better and ready for Phase Two."
Head coach Iain Darbyshire added: “There’s no doubt that the conversations that we’ve had with Eliza before she went on this run have helped her to take her game to another level. She’s really led from the front, she’s stepped up to the plate and has scored some important goals for us. We’re going to need that from her in Phase Two.
“Full credit to Eliza, but also to Hollie and Siobhan for their performances. We had to dig in through January, but Eliza’s goals have got us through those games and hopefully, she can continue with that mindset of being unplayable, because when she has that, she really is.”
