Cardiff City Supporters Club partners with Community Foundation for 2024/25 season
Cardiff City FC Community Foundation announced their partnership with Cardiff City Supporters Club through their Charity Partnership programme for the 2024/25 season.
Cardiff City Supporters Club has been serving supporters of Cardiff City FC for many years, providing away travel and support for all of its members. The group have been supporting Cardiff City FC Community Foundation since 2020, and generously supported our Community Foundation Fixture last season.
Their commitment to the surrounding Cardiff City FC fanbase and passion for making a meaningful difference in our community will directly help the Community Foundation extend the reach and impact of their initiatives.
A key focus of their new partnership includes the collaborative support of their impactful community and education programmes - which generates a social impact value of £11million a year.

Cardiff City FC Community Foundation to host corporate five-a-side tournament
Combining the beautiful game with the chance to network with other local businesses, our corporate five-a-side tournament will take place at Cardiff City House of Sport on Friday, 11th October
Teams will play a series of 10-minute fixtures, competing for the prestigious Cardiff City FC Community Foundation Cup. The evening will end with a presentation for the winning team, a curry buffet, and the chance to watch Cymru vs. Iceland on the big screen at Cardiff City Stadium.

The entry fee is £500 per team (max squad size of 7 players), with all proceeds supporting the Community Foundation’s charitable work to improve health and wellbeing, support learning and skills and build stronger communities.

Meet Kiera, 17: Cardiff and Vale College's Player's Player of the Year 2024
Recently awarded the Player's Player of the Year 2024 by Cardiff and Vale College – Kiera's journey in futsal is a testament to her dedication, skill, and passion for the game.
Kiera's hard work and determination have not gone unnoticed. Thanks to her impressive development at the Community Foundation’s further education provision, she has earned a sessional contract coaching young people at Cardiff City FC Soccer Schools. This opportunity not only allows her to give back to the community but also to inspire the next generation of footballers.
For those who share Kiera's passion for futsal and are looking to combine it with academic learning, Cardiff City FC Community Foundation offers the perfect opportunity. Their BTEC Level 3 in Sport course is now open for 2024/25 entry, providing students with the chance to develop their skills on the court while pursuing their education.
The BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Sport Performance & Excellence is a unique course where students can further their love of sport and passion for learning, run in partnership with Cardiff and Vale College.
