City vs. S.C. Braga reaction | Callum Robinson
Callum Robinson spoke to the press after City faced Braga in a pre-season friendly on Wednesday evening.
"It was always going to be a test for us." Callum began. "The opposition have a lot of quality, and were very high up in the league in Portugal.
"The main thing is everyone getting a half of football, which is needed at this point of the season."
Commenting on our tour to Portugal, Robbo continued: "It's good to get the group together, including the new boys, and it's nice to gel on and off the pitch."
Callum has been re-united with Karlan Grant in the Welsh capital, with the duo combining on several occasions against the Portuguese outfit in Lagos.
On his attacking partner, Callum said: "Obviously, I knew Karlan Grant from West Brom so I know his qualities, but I haven't played with him for a while!
"He has a lot of quality. He's proven, he's scored goals in the Championship, but he's not just a goalscorer. He brings a lot to the game: 1v1s, running in behind, stretching it for us.
"There's a lot of quality up in those forward areas now, and I'm looking forward to it. Hopefully we've got that fire power to get a lot of goals this season.
"It's exciting times, and now it's about getting a relationship with Iké and Yakou as well."
