City Support Anti-Bullying Week 2024
Cardiff City Football Club is pleased to support this year’s Anti-Bullying Week, which is happening across the UK from Monday 11th November until Friday 15th November, 2024.
Organised by the Anti-Bullying Alliance, this year's theme is "Choose Respect", with the following call to action for children and adults across the country:
"From playgrounds to parliament, our homes to our phones, this Anti-Bullying Week let's 'Choose Respect' and bring an end to bullying which negatively impacts millions of young lives.
This year, we’ll empower children and young people to not resort to bullying, even when we disagree and remind adults to lead by example, online and offline.
Imagine a world where respect and kindness thrives — it’s not just a dream, it's in the choices we make. Join us this Anti-Bullying Week and commit to 'Choose Respect'. What will you choose?"
Rob Cronick, Cardiff City FC's Head of Safeguarding, said: "We're happy to show our support for Anti-Bullying Week, which is once again delivering an important message to both adults and children alike.
"Delivering a strong anti-bullying message is important to everyone at the Club - including the Academy and Community Foundation - as it reinforces our values and commitment to creating a positive and supportive environment for all."
