Chepstow and Ffos Las Racecourses offer jump and flat horse racing all year round. Both venues also have a wide range of facilities for hire 365 days a year for conferences, meetings, parties, festivals and outdoor events.
The racing highlights at Chepstow include Six Nations Race Day on Saturday 24th February, St Patrick’s Race Day on Sunday 17th March, A Taste of Wales Race Day on Easter Monday 1st April and the popular Dragon Bet Grand National Race Day on Saturday 13th April. Later in the year it’s Caribbean Race Night on Friday 26th July.
In addition to the race days, Chepstow hosts a series of concerts – without horse racing – in the summer with Tom Jones performing on Saturday 6th July and Hozier on Tuesday 9th July. More shows will be announced in 2024.
At Ffos Las, the big date for the diary is Ladies Day on Friday 23rd August. There is racing on St David’s Day, Friday 1st March and also on the same day as the Cheltenham Gold Cup on Friday 15th March. There is a Family Race Day on Easter Sunday 31st March.
Don’t forget children aged 17 and under enter free at all race meetings and parking is free. We also operate race day bus services to both courses on race days from their closest railway stations – see the websites for more details.
