DION IS A BLUEBIRD

Defender Dion Sanderson joined the Bluebirds on loan from Wolves on January's transfer deadline day. Cardiff City TV caught up with the new Bluebird on Thursday.

“I’m settling in well," Dion began. "The players & the manager here are great. The training ground too. Everything has gone well for me.

“I was really excited when I found out about Cardiff City’s interest.

“It’s a big club. I’m happy things have gone the way that they have."

“I play across the back at centre-back or right-back," Dion continued, discussing his abilities. "I like playing at right-back but I’m happy to play wherever the Gaffer asks, and I’ll give it my all. I like to get forward and to get involved in the attack too."

Dion and fellow new Bluebirds Albert Adomah & Brad Smith are available for selection for the first time this weekend when the Bluebirds head to Luton Town.
