Three players have been nominated for Cardiff City Women’s Player of the Month for September.
Summer recruit Emma Beynon has impressed since joining from Swansea City Women, playing her part in an unbeaten start to the league campaign.
The midfielder was named City’s Player of the Match in a 3-1 victory over The New Saints last time out.
Right-back Lisa Owen is another to make a positive start to the season, impressing with some lively performances, including providing an assist for Molly Kehoe’s goal against the Saints this past weekend.
Fellow defender Megan Bowen has also been nominated, after netting a brace in a 3-1 win on the opening day of the league campaign against Cardiff Metropolitan University.
