Cardiff City FC Women to face Briton Ferry at CCS, live on Cardiff City TV
We’re delighted to announce that Cardiff City FC Women will face Briton Ferry Llansawel Ladies in WPWL action at Cardiff City Stadium on Sunday, May 9th, 2021 – and the game will be streamed live!
This match will kick-off at 2pm and with support from the FAW & S4C, supporters can watch for free on Cardiff City TV*.
The Bluebirds are unbeaten in league action since March 14th and currently occupy third place in the WPWL table with a month of the campaign remaining. City triumphed 5-2 against Briton Ferry in the previous encounter in October 2020. Highlights of this game can be viewed below.

Things have picked up really quickly and now we’ve got this great occasion to look forward to. It’s great for the girls. It’s a reward for them. It’s also big for the Women’s game in Wales.
“It’s another chance to showcase what we can do to the Cardiff City fans. It’s exciting for us and our opponents, Briton Ferry. It’s going to be a challenge for us all. We’re very thankful to the league and S4C for allowing this to happen. Now we’ve got to go in and put in a performance.”
