Cardiff City Connect launches with sold out event
The Bluebirds' recently launched business club, powered by Network My Club, kicked off in style with a sold-out event in the Chairman’s Suite at Cardiff city stadium.
70 guests filled every seat to enjoy lunch, along with teas and coffees, and a chance to network with all attendees throughout the event.
After lunch, Patrick Deboys, Head of Recruitment at the Bluebirds, shared an insightful talk into his role, highlighting the four-stage recruitment process at the Club, sharing insights and takeaways any business can apply (football fan or not).
CEO of the Cardiff City FC Community Foundation, Gavin Hawkey, also gave a short introduction to the work they are doing across the city, and how businesses can get involved.
Before Bradley Hatchett, Founder of Network My Club, rounded off the event and shared the plans for Cardiff City Connect.
Last week’s event kicked off what will be quarterly Cardiff City Connect events - with the next one taking place on Wednesday 4th December.
And it plans to be even bigger - taking place in the newly refurbished Ricoh Suite.
