Tickets for the fixture will be on sale until 1pm on Friday, October 25th

There will be no sales on the day, supporters are advised not to travel without tickets.

Uncollected tickets will be sent to West Bromwich Albion for collection at the East Stand Ticket Office. Reprints will also be available from the point.

Travel Tips

The car journey from Cardiff City Stadium to The Hawthorns will take approximately two hours, via the M50 and M5. The sat-nav postcode is B71 4LF. The stadium is just 500 metres away from Junction 1 of the M5.

If travelling by train, The Hawthorns Train Station is just a 7-10 minute walk away from the stadium. 

The train journey from Cardiff Central Station will take approximately two and a half hours, with most services requiring changes at Bristol Parkway, Birmingham New Street and Birmingham Snow Hill.

There are a number of different bus routes that run along the A41 stopping adjacent to The Hawthorns.

Car Parking

Fans travelling to The Hawthorns by car on matchdays can now pre-book car parking spaces.

At least three car parks will be open within 1 mile of The Hawthorns offering 500 spaces available in total. Car parking starts at £10 per vehicle and can be purchased online here or by calling 02476 997605.

Car parks will be open from 3 hours before kick off and will close 2 hours after the final whistle.

Please be aware of road closures around the Stadium on a matchday to further protect the safety of supporters.

With a capacity of 26,850, The Hawthorns is the 13th largest ground in the Sky Bet Championship this season.

City supporters will be housed in the Smethwick End. Gates open at 6:15pm, ninety minutes before kick-off.

Our hosts do not allow travelling fans to bring instruments (drums etc) into the stadium.

Away Supporters wishing to bring flags must make prior contact with the club indicating the size of any flags and including a copy of the fire certificate. Any flags approved must not cover any advertising hoarding or banner.

There are food options available at The Hawthorns for away fans on matchday. 

Inside the ground, each stand has lots of kiosks that sell pies, burgers & pizza slices, as well as soft drinks, chocolate and crisps.
