The Bluebirds scored late on to secure a 3-2 win over Briton Ferry Llansawel at Cardiff City Stadium, before lifting the Adran Premier title.
A first half strike from Kerry Walklett, a solo run from Fiona Barry and a last-minute winner courtesy of Ffion Price secured victory on the last day of the league season.

The visitors had some chances early in the game, but it was the Bluebirds who took the lead in the 23rd minute. Lily Billingham made space with some outstanding footwork to lay it back to Walklett on the edge of the box who fired it into the bottom left corner.
Briton Ferry quickly responded through Megan Kearle, whose long-range volley hit the back of the net to bring the score level. The Bluebirds continued to push forwards looking for another goal and in the 40th minute, Price’s long ball was controlled excellently by Barry who drove into the opposition box and drilled it home to regain City’s lead.

After the interval, the Bluebirds almost extended their advantage, but Billingham’s long-range effort was superbly tipped onto the crossbar and kept out by Ferry’s keeper. Not long later, Molly Kehoe’s right footed effort was denied through another excellent save.
Briton Ferry equalised midway through the second half when an out swinging corner was met by Tija Richardson.
However, City continued to believe and found the lead again through Price in the 88th minute, which was enough to secure all three points for the Bluebirds at Cardiff City Stadium.
