2022/23 Season Ticket sales resumed, at the Early Bird price window, at 10am on Monday, 23rd May.

Seat reservations not renewed before the deadline of 5pm on Thursday, 13th May, have now been released for sale.

We are delighted to announce that Early Bird prices have been frozen for the fourth consecutive year.

Adult Season Tickets start from just £279 for the 2022/23 Sky Bet Championship campaign.

A family of four can enjoy the Bluebirds in action for an entire season from £549.

2022/23 Season Tickets - Key Dates

• 10am on Monday, May 23rd, 2022 until 4:59pm on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022

Season Ticket sales will resume, at the Early Bird price window.

• From 5pm on Wednesday, June 1st, 2022

The Early Bird window will close, and Standard Season Ticket pricing will take effect.

Season Ticket prices may be subject to further price increases during the 2022/23 season.

Bluebirds Club Accounts

All supporters purchasing online must create a Bluebirds Club Account with a unique email address and link it to their individual Fan ID number. Please see the following video for help with creating your Bluebirds Club Account (if you haven’t already done so): youtu.be/B00xnshuAZA

Please be advised that the same email address cannot be used to create two Bluebirds Club Accounts. Each individual Bluebirds Club Account must have a unique email address.

Supporters who wish to renew/purchase multiple tickets in one transaction must first be connected via their family and friends’ network so that additional supporters can be assigned to Season Tickets within your basket. Please see the following video on how to do this: youtu.be/EAF0hSt_uPo

Disabled Supporters

Existing Supporters who wish to renew their Disabled and Personal Assistant Season Ticket for the 2022/23 season, can also renew online during the on-sale period. The same windows of purchase will apply.

New Disabled Supporters, prior to being able to purchase online, will need to register themselves and their accompanying personal assistant with the Ticket Office. To register please ensure you have created individual Bluebirds Accounts and linked them by your family and friend’s network. Once this has been completed, please email your relevant disability proof to tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk along with your newly created Fan ID numbers, listing which person will be the personal assistant.

All supporters, who require a personal assistant season ticket, must provide proof of disability along with relevant Fan IDs by Monday, July 25th, 2022. Please email: tickets@cardiffcityfc.co.uk.

How do I pay for my Season Ticket?

Credit / Debit Cards:

• We accept all major credit and debit cards, but do not accept Amex.

Bluebirds Credit:

• If you have an active Bluebirds Credit balance, this can be used as payment towards your Season Ticket purchase. Bluebirds Credit cannot be used towards administration fees.

V12 Season Ticket Finance:

• 10 Month Instalment Scheme with V12 Retail Finance (subject to status and arrangement fee).

You can renew your Season Ticket via V12 Retail Finance online at tickets.cardiffcityfc.co.uk.

If you are applying for V12 Retail Finance, your Season Ticket will not be activated until V12 Retail Finance pays the price of your Season Ticket to the Club. Cardiff City Football Club is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Cardiff City Football Club does not provide season ticket finance itself and only acts as a credit broker introducing supporters seeking personal loans for Season Tickets to V12 Retail Finance, an intermediary and agent for the underlying lender.

Bluebirds Credit - Additional Information

Supporters who had an outstanding Bluebirds Credit balance from the 2021/22 season will have their balances carried over to be utilised during the 2022/23 Season. Season Ticket holders who purchased a 2021/22 Season Ticket with the Blackburn Rovers fixture (15/01/2022) included will have their Season Ticket value for this fixture added to their Bluebirds Credit Balance to also be utilised during the 2022/23 season.

If you have an active Bluebirds Credit balance, this can be used as payment towards your Season Ticket purchase. Bluebirds Credit cannot be used towards administration fees.  For information on how to apply Bluebirds Credit please refer to the Season Ticket Renewal Guide.

Bluebirds Credit balances that are not utilised by 5pm on Wednesday, May 31st, 2023, will be transferred into an Online Ticketing Voucher which can be used against home League ticket/s and Season Ticket/s purchases for the 2023/24 season only.
