Spend your CityCash before 1st June!
Bluebirds fans are reminded that all existing ‘17/18 balances will be cleared at 00:00 on Friday, 1st June 2018.
So, for the avoidance of doubt, you have until 23:59 on 31st May, 2018 to spend what you’ve earned over the course of the 2017/18 campaign!
Maybe that’ll be a 2018/19 Season Ticket? Or perhaps there’s something from the Superstore that you’ve got your eye on…

- Attend Every League Home and Away Match 2017/18: £15
- Attend Every League Away Match 2017/18: £10
- Attend 20 League Away Matches: £8
- Attend 15 League Away Matches: £6
- Attend 10 League Away Matches: £4
Gold Members
- Attend Every League Home and Away Match 2017/18: £15
- Attend Every League Away Match 2017/18: £5
- Attend 20 League Away Matches: £4
- Attend 15 League Away Matches: £3
- Attend 10 League Away Matches: £2
NB: League Home and Away matches refer to the 23 EFL Sky Bet Championship Home and Away matches played during the Normal Season. Terms & Conditions apply.
2018/19 Season Ticket Holders
2018/19 Season Ticket Holders will be automatically enrolled into the CityCash Loyalty Reward Scheme on 1st June 2018 until 31st May 2019. Starting balances will be awarded on 1st August 2018 at the below amounts:
- £10 for Early Bird Season Ticket Holders (1st March to 8th April 2018)
- £5 for Season Ticket Holders who purchased after the Early Bird Window deadline (9th April 2018 onwards)
Your CityCash Account
To log in to your personalised CityCash account to check your balance and transaction history, simply visit www.wearebluebirds.co.uk and enter your surname and fan number.
A loyalty statement will also be emailed to you at the start of each month. Remember to check that your contact details are up to date by logging into your E-Ticketing or Online Store accounts.
