Last week saw all 72 EFL clubs take part in the annual 'Day of Action', which is held to outline how the EFL support the community.
Pupils from Lansdowne Primary School were invited to take part in our education inspired day, which consisted of a tour of Cardiff City Stadium, a workshop and a Futsal session.

Our A & B Futsal teams travelled to Birmingham to take part in the EFL Trust Futsal Cup after they finished top of the South West Regional table, not losing a game. The boys did extremely well, with the A Team progressing to the final.
Two members of that team – Kieran Bassett and Ryan Wheeler – were selected for the EFL Futsal All Star South West Squad, which will compete against other regions later this year.

20+ teachers from across Cardiff came together at House of Sport last week to take part in the Primary Teacher’s Award, hosted by ourselves and the FA.
Teachers were given advice on how to modify learning activities, help with school teams and provide further playing opportunities for pupils, organising basic FUNdamental games to help develop movement, and much more.

A number of our tutors and students took part in the Cardiff Bay 10k yesterday, participating and raising funds for the Bluebirds Charity.
Well done to everyone who took part, all completing the race and receiving their medals and commemorative t-shirts.
