U23/DVP | Cardiff City vs. Watford at CCS

On Thursday, 1st February, Cardiff City’s U23 development side host Watford at Cardiff City Stadium for a Premier League Cup clash – 1pm kick-off.

Jarred Harvey’s side go into the game looking to emulate their league success over the Hornets earlier this campaign. The Bluebirds won 2-0 at CCS in October with Mark Harris grabbing both goals.

Cardiff City will also aim to make it two wins on the bounce. Ibrahim Meite netted as the Bluebirds defeated Coventry City 1-0 in their most recent outing.

Watford, on the other hand, will be looking to return to winning ways. Hayden Mullins’ side lost 3-1 when they hosted London rivals Crystal Palace at the start of the week.
