Paterson: “We want to make CCS a fortress”

Callum Paterson spoke after he scored his fourth Premier League goal of the season as the Bluebirds secured a 1-0 win over the Saints at Cardiff City Stadium, on Saturday afternoon.
“It was a bit of a scuffed effort but thankfully I took the opportunity and we got the win at the end of the day,” Paterson began. “I gambled with the opportunity, the centre-half slipped and was unlucky due to the conditions but thankfully the ball fell to me and I put it away.
“We’ve said from the start of the season that we want to make this place (Cardiff City Stadium) a fortress, we’ve done that up to now to an extent and hopefully we can continue this in future.”
