Loan | Mark Harris joins Newport

Cardiff City FC can confirm that Wales U21 international Mark Harris has joined Newport County on loan.
Harris has made three competitive first team appearances for the Bluebirds to date, and links up with Michael Flynn's side until January 2nd, 2019.
We'd like to wish Mark all the very best during his time at Rodney Parade.
