City vs. Derby County | £2,245 raised for Cancer Research Wales

Cardiff City were delighted to welcome Cancer Research Wales to our home game with Derby County on Saturday, 30th September.

The Bluebirds' official charity partner were hosted at Cardiff City Stadium, as they raised money to help fund their research here in Wales.

We are delighted to share that Cancer Research Wales raised a superb total of £2,245.56 at Saturday's game!

Over £1,000 was raised from their bucket collection around CCS' gates and concourses alone.

Meanwhile, a raffle was held in the RICOH Diamond Suite to raise additional funds. The raffle saw a signed home shirt, a number of Bluebirds' hospitality packages and bottle of champagne all given away, to raise a further £740.
