On Monday 13th November Cardiff City FC Foundation launched a brand new Futsal tournament in association with the EFL Trust and Kinder.
As part of the +Sport Move and Learn initiative, the event is designed to encourage both boys and girls to compete in the state of the art House of Sport 2.

Monday also saw us continue our Get Into: Security course, following the success of the sessions that have run over the last fortnight.
16 new members were enrolled onto the course, and will spend the next two weeks studying to gain their qualifications to progress into the security industry.

Current and potential students were welcomed to Cardiff City Stadium on Wednesday evening as we held our first open evening of the new academic year.
Students were taken through the education courses that we provide, whist also hearing what current students have achieved during their time with the Foundation.
New season of the South West National League begins
Competitive Futsal was back, as the South West National League got back underway for the new season at House of Sport.
Among other results, Cardiff City A secured an emphatic victory over Bristol Rovers A as they ran out 11-2 winners.

Ahead of Cardiff’s bid to host the Homeless World Cup, Street Football Wales were given a tour of Cardiff City Stadium.
The group enjoyed spending the day in the Chairman’s Lounge, as well as experiencing the ins and outs of the home of Cardiff City Football Club.
