Cardiff City FC can confirm Scottish winger Matthew Kennedy has this evening joined Plymouth Argyle on loan until the end of the 2016/17 season, subject to international clearance.
We'd like to wish Matty all the very best while plying his trade away from Cardiff City Stadium.
