A Cardiff City XI will kick-off the 2016/17 pre-season campaign at The New Lawn against Vanarama National League side Forest Green Rovers on Wednesday, 13th July 2016 - 7:45pm kick-off.
The Bluebirds have become somewhat familiar with their Gloucestershire-based opponents in recent times, with the two teams trading victories and sharing a draw in three pre-season fixtures since 2012.
Ticket information for this match to be announced in due course. Six pre-season matches for City have now been confirmed, including the Osnabrück Tournament as well as trips to Shrewsbury Town, Exeter City & AFC Bournemouth.
