Junior Bluebirds! The Cardiff City FC Foundation Soccer Schools start up again this summer.
Cardiff City FC Foundation Soccer Schools involve structured coaching mixed in with fun football games and small sided matches. It’s a great way to keep the kids active over the holidays whilst receiving professional coaching from Cardiff City FC Foundation Coaches.
The sessions are aimed at children aged 4-13 years old and open to any ability. It doesn't matter if you have never kicked a ball before or have been playing for years, you are guaranteed to have a good time, make new friends and improve your ability.
Coaching sessions include:
• Ball manipulation skills and tricks on the ball
• Ariel ball skills such as heading, volleying and controlling the ball, using different parts of the body
• Communication skills
• Small sided game situations, improving decision making and creativity
• Being dominant in 1v1 situations
• Tournament situations with relevant age groups
• Football Tennis
• Introduction to football related fitness

The Cardiff City Summer Experience includes:
• Football Olympics
• Beach Football at Barry Island
• Behind the scenes tour of Cardiff City Stadium
• First Team player interaction in Q&A Press Conference
• Tournament day at Cardiff City House of Sport
All participants will also receive a certificate and small prize with the chance of winning additional prizes for player of the week and best attitude on the last day.
