Cardiff City’s U21 side travel to Charlton Athletic on Monday afternoon (22nd February) in their first Professional Development League Two South game of February.
A number of earlier postponements due to the recent excessive downpour in South Wales have stopped Kevin Nicholson’s side from stepping out in league action this month up until now, with the Bluebirds’ maintaining fitness with behind-closed-doors matches with the likes of Premier League giants Tottenham Hotspur.
The match with Charlton Athletic will take place at the Oakwood, home of VCD Athletic, kick-off 1:00pm.
In other U21 development side news, our home match with Millwall, one of the aforementioned postponements, will now take place on Friday, 1st April 2016 – 2pm kick-off. A venue for this fixture will be confirmed closer to the match.
