Have you ever dreamed of replicating Bluebirds legend Peter Whittingham? What about Wales talisman Gareth Bale? Well, now’s the chance to show off your natural football talents as part of the Kyle’s Goal/Cardiff City FC Foundation summer tournament.
On Saturday, 21st May 2016, charities Cardiff City FC Foundation and Kyle’s Goal are offering the unique opportunity to play in an 11-a-side football tournament and potentially experience Cup glory at the home of Welsh football.
With only eight team spaces available, this tournament is sure to be in high demand. Whether you’re Sunday league giant killers, friends, work colleagues or just a bunch of Bluebirds/Wales supporters who fancy a run out at CCS – don’t miss out!
To enter a squad of 11-20 players, interested parties are encouraged to email support@kylesgoal.org.uk. Each team will cost £750, and will receive a minimum of an hour’s playtime on the CCS pitch across three 20-minute matches.
The stadium will be open to spectators, with Cardiff City FC Foundation running activities in the family stand throughout the whole event. The proceeds from the whole event will be split between Cardiff City FC Foundation and Kyle's Goal.
Kyle's Goal hosted a Cardiff City legends match back in November 2014, involving the likes of Damon Searle, Andy Legg, Roger Gibbins and a few celebrity guests. Check out the highlights below.
