#CITYASONE| EASTER ST DAVID'S DELIGHT
Club News
1st April
This past week, Cardiff City Football Club took to the streets of the Welsh Capital City, bringing our newest fans game to the Bluebirds support, outside of the famous St David's Hall.
A wet opening day saw Peter Whittingham and Stuart O'Keefe join us inside the reception of St David's Hall, with three fantastic Cardiff City supporters managing to complete our #CityAsOne game - finding the target 3/3 to earn themselves a Cardiff City 2016/17 Season Ticket. Top work Conor, Ruben and Elliot!
Wednesday brought better weather, with our U21 squad joining Cardiff City manager Russell Slade and assistant manager Scott Young in the city centre. Under the watchful eyes of the Bluebirds management team, young City supporter Owen showcased his talents to secure a 2016/17 Season Ticket winner on day two.
Before joining Amy McNiven and Giovanni in the kitchen on Thursday for this week's In the City(CLICK HERE TO VIEW), Bluebirds defenders Lee Peltier and Sean Morrison popped by St David's Hall to give a few pointers to our supporters. We saw one further perfect score on the penultimate day, with 13-year-old Jake securing his seat at CCS for the 2016/17 campaign.
Our final day in town on Friday may not have seen any further Season Ticket winners crowned, but we did see some magic, as the Goal of the Week was scored. 9-year-old Charlie with a perfect Rabona straight into the target - an audacious and superb effort! You can see some of the best moments from the week at St David's Hall in our Club round-up, below. A full picture gallery from the week can be viewed at the top of the page, while you can also tag yourself in our Facebook Gallery.
Cardiff City would like to thank Roger Hopwood and the team at St David's Hall for their help throughout the week to make this event a success. #CityAsOne
