This Saturday marks Foundation Day 2016 as we celebrate the work of the Cardiff City Foundation in our fixture against Bolton Wanderers.
THE BLUEBIRD
This week, Cardiff City’s official match-day programme features City midfielder, Joe Ralls!
The programme goes on sale from the Stadium SuperStore at 9am and all external booths at 12pm. You can also pick up your copy from the internal booths, whilst all available previous issues can be bought HERE.
FOUNDATION DAY FAMILY FUNFAIR
The Foundation Day Family Funfair will begin at 12:30pm and run throughout the course of the match-day afternoon. All active aspects of the day, including participation events, are FREE to those with a valid match-day ticket for Cardiff City versus Bolton Wanderers.
Supporters will be able to join in the fun in the away supporter car park and at the rear of the Peter’s Pies Family Stand at Cardiff City Stadium.
Netball, Basketball and Hockey and many more activities will also be in operation for all who are feeling sporty before the Bluebirds’ match with the Trotters.

Cardiff City Stadium's gates open at 1:30pm.
The TV Network will begin its schedule of programmes from then. The First Team, U21 Development side, Academy and Women’s Team are all covered on match-day, along with BT and Sky Sports options.
Saturday's early kick-off in the Premier League is Man City v Stoke City (12:45pm K.O., Sky Sports 1 HD)
You can now enjoy all of our match-day programming IN EVERY STAND on our newly installed 110” RICOH projector screens.
Meanwhile, our #CityAsOne selfie frames and brand new giant Bluebirds flags will also be making an appearance again at CCS - make sure to keep an eye out for them!
COME EARLY FOR DISCOUNTED FOOD!
This weekend, Cardiff City Stadium and its catering partners Levy UK are offering discounted food prices ahead of our 3pm kick- off.
As such, those in general admission areas will be entitled to £1 off pies, hotdogs and burgers until 2.15pm. Turnstiles open from 1:30pm today, so pop in early to take advantage of the superb pre-match deals.
FANS' TAKEOVER & ITC LIVE!
Fans will be in charge of the CCS music from 2:15pm, thanks to the Bluebirds Jukebox. Nominate your song choices ahead of future games by using the hashtag #BluebirdsJukebox on Twitter.
If you can’t make it to the match, tune into our YouTube Channel for IN THE CITY LIVE from 2:30pm.
We'll have the very first team news with the manager as teams are submitted, plus run-out shots, warm-up action and tunnel footage up until 2:50pm.
HALF TIME ENTERTAINMENT
Foundation Day is a special event on the Cardiff City FC calendar, and it’s only fitting to have some extra-special entertainment to match.
The Foundation's Education & Sport students will be testing their physicality against each other in Impact Soccer zorb balls. Impact football involves being strapped into a zorb ball and running around playing a full contact game of football. However, for your entertainment, we’re taking away the football, so its survival of the fittest for our students in the impact suits!
EVERTON vs MAN UTD @ THE EDDIE MAY BAR!
Following the final whistle, head to the Eddie May Bar if you want to watch the FA Cup Semi-Final between Everton and Manchester United!
